This is an interesting point: things get much simpler, yet more complicated and philosophical, when you operate at the level of international law. Then it becomes more of a question of what humans can agree on, rather than what they've written down rules (laws) about: "there is absolutely no law against publishing the secrets of a foreign nation that you have no connection with."January 04 2010
