What seems to be often overlooked in this whole thing (although some do mention it) is how absurd using laws to pre-emptively seize accused website domain names quickly leads to absurdity and possible destruction of the DNS system -- and the faith and credit of the USA. DNS is not something you particularly want the Internet to treat as damage to be routed around. You destroy the village.
